I'm not against this broker. Its multi-account manager solution works well. It allows professional traders to access unlimited trading accounts with stop loss, take profit and pending order functions. My funds are protected. I have not withdrawn my profit yet, so I can’t evaluate this aspect yet

Broker offers a ecn account. It's a feature to diversify trading performance. The bad news is they can close it without a proper notification. Actually, I've made many complaints before but it's not a reason to close customers trading account. You will be also surprised by extra charges for maintaining your account.

For me, professional traders will only consider whether they can withdraw funds normally, the spread is low enough, and the most important thing is that the trading software does not delay. Customer service is only an auxiliary function, it can't help you make profits at all. I think Hentec is a good platform for professional traders!
