    According to its website, it shows a Company House (CH) certificate. As we all know, to exercise foreign exchange rights in the UK, it is not enough to have a CH certificate. It is necessary to obtain authorization from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Its address is in the United States, and we did not find matching information in the National Futures Association (NFA).

    In addition, we found that the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) red-flagged FxProfit Expert as an unauthorized firm in the UK.

    In essence,  FxProfit Expert is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
