The company is taking far too long to process my withdrawals, i have more than 2 withdrawals and everyone of them is still pending

CONTENT I have been in talks with the CS agents everyday but all they tell me is the same thing over and over again. Some of my withdrawal are still pending to this day in which you can see one of my withdrawal was submitted on 10th of August 2023. Im starting to doubt this company. Im starting to think that they dont have enough money to pay out their clients. One of my withdrawals is only Rm183 (40USD approx.) Their main reason or excuse for the delay is their payment provider is having difficulties to 'process' the payment to the client. But its already been 3 months since my first withdrawal.
