There are no indications that Capitus is properly licensed or supervised. More concerning is that the Financial Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers, AMF) has added Capitus to its warning list for being an unauthorized company engaging in forex activities, which is solid evidence of its poor compliance. Therefore, we strongly suggest you avoid using Capitus. For a safer trading environment and peace of mind, always conduct thorough research on your chosen platform before trusting it with your funds.
