    1000X claims to be registered in Hong Kong. However, we haven't located any corresponding records in the register of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (HKSFC) suggesting that it is licensed to carry on investment business.

    In addition, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC Thailand) has added 1000X to its warning list for the unlicensed status.

    In essence, 1000X is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.

    1000X appears to be a scam.

ANSWER 1000X is a forex&crypto trading platform, but it is unlicensed to offer financial services. Although 1000X is registered in Hong Kong, it failed to obtain a license from the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC) to provide virtual asset services. Not only is it unregulated, but 1000X has also been placed on the Investor Alert list by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand, having been flagged as an unauthorized digital asset business.Additionally, 1000X has faced allegations of misconduct from some Thai traders. In order to raise the awareness of investors as widely as possible, we have published an article exposing the suspicious practices of 1000X.
