    4XEMPIRES claims to be a licensed broker under triple regulation, including the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA), Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SCB) and Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). 

    We searched the three mentioned regulators and found no matching result in SCB and CySEC. Moreover, UK FCA warned public that 4XEMPIRES is providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation. 

    That means 4XEMPIRES is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.

ANSWER 4XEMPIRES is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true. 4XEMPIRES claims to be owned and operated by 4XEmpires Company, a company authorized and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), and the Securities Commission of The Bahamas(Bahamas SCB).However, we did not find any match results to 4XEMPIRES in CySEC and Bahamas SCB. When we searched in FCA, we only found 4XEMPIRES had been blacklisted by FCA for providing financial services without authorization. You can check the full warning from here.The truth is, 4XEMPIRES is not overseen by any regulators. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like 4XEMPIRES and trade with licensed brokers.
