Upon investigation, no matching information was found in the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), Central Bank of U.A.E. (CBUAE), and DuBai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).

    In essence, 9cents is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.

The St. Lucia Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) does not license forex trading.Lack of Licenses: Despite claiming a Dubai address, we have not found any corresponding records from relevant financial watchdogs to substantiate its legitimacy. This indicates that it is not operating in a regulated environment.Therefore, we strongly advise against using 9cents. For a safer trading environment, we recommend opting for fully regulated brokers instead.
