On 12 February 2024, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) issued a warning that AI2TRADE LTD was providing financial services or products without authorisation. However, upon investigation, no matching information was found in the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and SCB. In addition, it mentioned Brokerage Entities (BE) and claimed that it was supervised by it. However, BE is only a company registration institution, not a foreign exchange license, so it has no role in authorizing foreign exchange.
