    It claims to hold an EU license, but after searching, no matching information was found in the European Securities and Markets Authority  (ESMA). It shows an FAU license at the bottom. As we all know, in the Czech Republic, only the Czech National Bank (CNB) has the right to regulate foreign exchange, so this license is meaningless regarding foreign exchange regulation.

    In addition, the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) issued a warning about AlgosOne for the lack of the required authorization.

    In essence, AlgosOne is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.  AlgosOne appears to be a scam.

ANSWER Dear Investor, AlgosOne appears to be an unregulated trading platform. We advise to exercise extreme caution and stay away from it. AlgosOne claims to hold an EU license; however, no matching information could be found in the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) database. The platform claims to be regulated by the Financial Analytical Office (FAU), but we haven't found corresponding records. It is important to note that, in the Czech Republic, the authority to license and regulate forex brokers rests with the Czech National Bank (CNB). Our search for the company in the CNB register didn't return any records. Furthermore, the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) has issued a warning against AlgosOne, advising against trading with the platform. Based on the evidence, AlgosOne appears to be unregulated. We suggest you stay clear to protect your investments.
