    According to its website, it claims regulated by the San Diego, California Financial Services Authority (FSA). But as far as we know, there is no such agency regulating foreign exchange in California and all foreign exchange services provided in the United States need to be regulated by the National Futures Association (NFA), but upon investigation, there is no matching information was found in the NFA.

    The truth is that Asset Coin Trades is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
