The operator of the website refers to itself as "GKFX" and claims that the company behind it is International Finance House Ltd, supposedly licensed by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC), under number BVI SIBA/L/1066. However, International Finance House Ltd is not on the register of the BVI FSC, and the said license number is linked to Trive International Ltd., who has acquired real GKFX. The "GKFX" that offers financial services or products at gkfx-global.io is suspected fake and a case of identity theft.
In addition, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has flagged gkfx-global.io as unauthorized.
In essence, gkfx-global.io is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
