On 7 January 2025, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) issued a warning against Elegantopex, believing this company might be providing financial services or products without authorisation. Upon investigation, no matching information was found in the ASIC, FCA and DFSA.
In addition, we found that the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) issued a warning against Elegantopex, believing this company might be providing financial services or products without authorisation.
In essence, Elegantopex is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
