You may visit: https://www.fca.org.uk/news/warnings/market-seeker.Market Seeker LLC claims to be licensed by the United States, is a broker fully regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), which offers a range of investment products to traders, including Currencies, Crypto, stocks, options, futures, bonds, ETFs and more instruments for trading in global markets.
Our search of the U.S. National Futures Association (NFA) and the CySEC yielded no results.
We found that MARKET SEEKER is also not authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). And the FCA issued a warning that MARKET SEEKER was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.
The truth is that Market Seeker is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors'money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
