This lack of transparency is a disadvantage for investors and authorities alike, as it hinders the tracing of the entity in case of issues. Moreover, the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) has added Sigma Capital to its warning list, ordering the shutdown of its website due to its illicit provision of financial services. Given these circumstances, Sigma Capital presents substantial risks.
