  • 2025-04-14 BrokersView has reviewed that Simply Bit is an unregulated broker

It shows two addresses on its website, one in the UK and one in Switzerland. Upon investigation, no matching information was found in the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).

In addition, the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) issued a warning that Simply Bit was providing financial services or products without authorisation.

In essence, Simply Bit is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Simply Bit appears to be a scam.
