  • 2024-10-13 BrokersView has reviewed that W-Bull is an unregulated broker

While W-bull claims to have been in business since 2006, its domain name, weebull.co, was registered as recently as late July this year, which is a red flag. The unknown operators of the site falsely purport to be WEBULL FINANCIAL LLC, a legitimate company registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). There is no evidence to suggest that W-bull (weebull.co) is affiliated with the genuine entity registered in the US. Additionally, the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) has issued a warning against W-bull for providing financial services or products without proper authorization.

In essence, W-bull is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.

W-bull appears to be a scam.
