    While ZELFINEX marks itself as a licensed broker and claims to be regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC), the Financial Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers, AMF), the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), it turned out to be a fake trading platform and a case of identity theft.

    Our investigation suggested that the regulatory information ZELFINEX provides is associated with the company JFD Group, which operates its own brand and websites. it is clear that ZELFINEX is deceiving investors by misappropriating information from its legitimate counterpart.
