    According to its website, its address is located in Saint Lucia and India, but as we all know, the relevant institutions in Saint Lucia and India do not have the right to regulate foreign exchange. It also mentioned that it is registered in the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Center of Canada (FINTRAC), which also does not have the right to regulate foreign exchange. 

    In essence, ZiFi Markets Ltd is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
