    It claims to be a reliable company and is regulated by Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA), but upon investigation, we found that it has no registered website on AOFA, so investors cannot conduct further verification. More importantly, the regulatory agency is an offshore regulator, the regulatory supervision is unclear, and there are doubts about infringement.

    In essence, Alain Fx is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Alain Fx appears to be a scam.

Regarding your question, given Alainfx's unsupervised operations, we would suggest you not trade with this dishonest broker. Because letting this broker control and hold your money or trading with it is very risky. There are no safeguards in place to protect your funds on this platform. ANSWER Alainfx is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true. Alainfx claims to be registered as an International forex broker in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) under registration number: 25672BC. However, we did not find any match results to Alainfx in SVG FSA. Besides, SVG FSA does neither issue licenses for forex trading nor regulate brokers offering forex activities. The truth is, Alainfx is not overseen by any regulators. That means investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like Alainfx and trade with licensed brokers.

Alain Fx is a scam broker, its running by Agies. They haven't paid any withdrawal to last few months.

SCAM. Tried to withdraw my $684 several times but have not got any reaction from their side. Online chat is always offline. Emails ingnored, never got any rely. No license number, no regulation
