What pleased me was the adequate customer support service. Sometimes you will not get a straight answer and only hear vacuity, but most of the time the guys are great; they are doing their best. However, I will withdraw the deposit anyway. I like trading on InstaForex much more.

I opened an account for fun two months ago and I am already going to close it. First, there is no 24/7 trading. By the way, customer support doesn’t work round-the-clock either. You need to pay a commission both for replenishment and withdrawals unless you have VIP status and a million dollars on your account! I'm exaggerating, of course, but still. The number of attractive offers depends absolutely on how much money you have.

But what I don't like is that not all information can be easily found on the site. This is nonsense! Withdrawals are often delayed for almost a week and this raises questions.

I have been trading with this broker for more than six months, and so far, there have been no tangible problems. I have never noticed that they tweak the quotation charts or delay/refuse a withdrawal of money "just because". The customer support service is prompt with explanations and is helpful when resolving issues.

The company’s trading conditions are not overwhelming, but the brokers I have encountered so far are much worse. A lot of accounts with a minimum deposit and the use of ECN technology immediately catch the eye. Not every broker’s platform is like this.
