However, our search for it in the register of the FCA hasn't located any corresponding records to back up such claims. This is a big warning sign.
Additionally, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has issued a warning about Berg Market for operating without the required authorization. BaFin also noted that the content of Berg Market's website is identical to that of several previously flagged fraudulent platforms.
