  • 2022-05-16 BrokersView has reviewed that BMEC Solutions is an unregulated forex broker

    BMEC Solutions claims to be licensed by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) as an authorized representative with AR:001278693. It seems to be legal in Australia as we did find a result matching this broker in the ASIC registry. However, upon further investigation of this broker, we deem this broker is under no valid regulation. 

    A search result on ASIC shows that BMEC Solutions is an Authorized Representative of the ASIC-regulated company named BAILEYHENRY CAPITAL GROUP PTY LTD (the primary holder of an ASFL. 488340). According to the ASF License, BAILEYHENRY CAPITAL GROUP PTY LTD is only allowed to provide financial derivatives to wholesale clients. So offering such services to retail clients is beyond the scope of permission for the primary holder, let alone BMEC Solutions which simply acts as an authorized representative. In other words, individuals should beware of this broker as your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
