  • 2022-09-25 BrokersView has Reviewed that BrokerCreditService is an Unregulated Forex Broker

BrokerCreditService claims to be regulated by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) License No. 048/04, and registered with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (PFSA or KNF), the Germany Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), the Spain Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), and the Italy Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB).

First, we searched CySEC and found a company named BrokerCreditService (Cyprus) Ltd. We also searched KNF, BaFin, and CNMV and found the company named BrokerCreditService. However, the CySEC-approved domain was "www.bcscyprus.com" instead of "www.brokercreditserviceltd.net". And there is no confirmation about its website in KNF, BaFin, or CNMV. In other words, the scam may misuse the regulatory information of an authorized broker.

In addition, CySEC issued a warning that BrokerCreditService does not belong to an entity that has been granted authorization for the provision of investment services.

The truth is that BrokerCreditService is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
