    According to its website, it claims to be a reliable company and is regulated by the Money Services Business (US MSB), but as we all know, the US MSB does not have the right to regulate foreign exchange. Secondly, we looked up the National Futures Association (NFA) and found no matching information in NFA. The New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA) has blacklisted Capital Manage.

    In essence, Capital Manage is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.  Capital Manage appears to be a scam.

ANSWER Dear Investor, We suspect that Capital Manage is a scam. Capital Manage claims to be a reliable company, allegedly registered as an MSB in the US. However, this registration does not constitute a license from a financial regulator. The company is obliged to be a member of the National Futures Association (NFA), but our investigation found no matching information. It is not overseen by the NFA. The New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA) has also blacklisted Capital Manage for fraudulent activities. As an unregulated broker, Capital Manage presents substantial risks. For a safer trading environment and peace of mind, it is crucial to conduct thorough research and avoid unregulated brokers like Capital Manage.
