  • 2022-11-09 BrokersView has Reviewed that CashFXexperts is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    CashFXexperts claims to be located in the UK and presents a company number (13155818) on its website. So we searched Companied House of the United Kingdom (CH) and found a company named KINTRO LIMITED. 

    However, CH is not a forex regulator. It does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Having registration or not, therefore, does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.

    As per United Kingdom law, almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we only found a warning against this scam in UK FCA.

    The regulator warned that CashFXexperts was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation. 

    The truth is that CashFXexperts is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
