Firstly, it misuses the logo of a genuine broker, FBS, to appear real. Secondly, it copies the licensing information of Star Funds Management Pty Ltd to create the illusion of being authorized by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). In fact, neither FBS nor the ASIC licensee bears any responsiblity for fbssltd.com. The New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA) has blacklisted the website fbssltd.com for fraudulent activities. Therefore, fbssltd.com is a scam.
