    Firstly, we searched Seychelles FSA and found no matching result. However, we found a warning from CySEC. CySEC issued a warning that Cloud Mining Fx is providing financial services without authorization. 

    That means Cloud Mining Fx is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
