    Finatics, a brand name of Acier FX Ltd (formerly ArgusFX Ltd), claims to be licenced by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). We searched CySEC but found no matching result. 

    Moreover, CySEC issued a warning that Finatics does not belong to an entity that has been granted authorization for the provision of investment services. 

    The truth is that Finatics is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
