  • 2024-04-07 The CNMV adds forex-eze.com to its warning list

On April 8, 2024, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) added FOREXEZE to its warning list for providing investment services without authorization. https://www.cnmv.es/portal/ResultadoBusqueda.aspx?tipo=1&nombre=FOREX-EZE

  • 2024-04-09 BrokersView has reviewed that forex-eze.com is an unregulated broker

Operators of website forex-eze.com purports to be a forex broker, operated by Forexeze Limited, a company allegedly registered with the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA) and domiciled in the UK.

However, no matching records exist in the SVG FSA register. Although a company with the same name is listed in the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) register, the scant contact information provided by FOREXEZE leaves it uncertain whether it is genuinely associated with the Firm Reference Number 809435. Furthermore, the FCA-licensed entity is authorized as a PSD agent (payment sub-license), which does not permit forex trading brokerage activities. In simpler terms, even if the license were genuinely linked to FOREXEZE, the broker would still be prohibited from operating as a forex broker.

What's more, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has added forex-eze.com to its warning list for providing investment services without authorization.

In essence, forex-eze.com is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.

forex-eze.com appears to be a scam.

I have been scammed by a broker who claims to belong to the FOREX-EZO-IO trading platform just when it was created (April 2024). The scammer who responded to the name of Rebeca Leone and in 8 months of keeping me in the stock market has stolen 11,600 euros from me. Is there any defense system against these fraudsters or if you have been scammed, can I recover the lost money?
