    FxEmpire claims to be a investment company located in the UK and the US, which holds an FCA (the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority) license and CFTC (the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission) license, offering wide range of financial services, including Forex, CFDs, Stock, Indices and more instruments in global markets.

    Upon investigation, we found that FxEmpire is not authorized and licensed by FCA and CFTC.

     

    And the FCA issued a warning that FX EMPIRE/FX EMPIRE INVEST was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.

    The truth is that FxEmpire is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
