    FXTM Investment Option also claims to be located in the USA. So we searched the National Futures Asociation (NFA) of the USA but still found nothing matched this broker. That means FXTM Investment Option is not regulated in the USA.

FXTM Investment Option claims to be regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC). We searched GFSC but did not found any matching results. Besides, GFSC does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Moreover, the broker claims to be regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), the Australian Securities & Investments Commission(ASIC), and the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, we did not found any results that matched this broker in CySEC or ASIC. As for the regulation in FCA, when we checked in FCA, we only found this broker had been blacklisted by FCA for providing financial services without authorization.
