  • 2022-06-08 Brokersview has Reviewed that GAD is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    GAD claims to be regulated by the America Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) with license number: 31000168355471. We searched FinCEN by the license number and found the number actually belongs to another firm named Tix Investment Management Limited, located in Toronto, Canada. 

    According to the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC), the approved domain of Tix Investment Management Limited is "http://www.tixv.com/". However, since the domain has ceased, we can not verify whether GAD has any connection with this Canadian firm. It is posibble that GAD tampered with firm name and confused public. Besides, please be informed that FinCEN does not regulate forex activities. Having registration in FinCEN does not mean having regulation. 

    The truth is that GAD is not a regulated broker. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
