The lack of verifiable regulatory status is a red flag, indicating potential fraudulent activity. Furthermore, the FCA has flagged Green Capitall as an unauthorized entity operating in the UK, adding to the concerns about its legitimacy.

    Green Capitall also professes to be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), but fails to clarify the jurisdiction.
