    HengChang claims to be registered and supervised by the Financial Service Provider (FSP), National Futures Association (NFA) and Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. But we don't find the correct information on these regulatory institutions matching to HengChang. The truth is that HengChang is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
