    HorizonFXPro claims to be registered in the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) with registration number: 530LL02020. We do find a matching result to HorizonFXPro in SVG FSA. However, please be informed that the SVG FSA does not regulate forex activities. 

    Moreover, the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has issued a warning against HorizonFXPro, stating that this broker does not hold authorisation under the Spain CNMV to provide financial services. 

    The truth is that HorizonFXPro is not overseen by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
