    HOX claims to have offices in Switzerland, Cyprus, Australia and the UK. It also claims to be regulated by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). So we searched the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC), the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA), and CySEC. The result was that none of theses regulatory body is regulating the broker. 

    Moreover, the Germany Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) issued a warning that HOX does not have authorisation under the KWG to conduct banking business or provide financial services. 

    The truth is that HOX is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
