ANSWER ICM Brokers is not a regulated or licensed broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true.ICM Brokers claims to be the trading name of International Capital Markets Brokers LLC, which is supposedly registered by the Registrar of International Business Companies under the number 1956 LLC 2022 and has office St. Vincent and the Grenadines. However, our search for this broker in Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA) didn't yield any results. Additionally, it should be noted that the SVG FSA is not a regulatory body for the forex market. More importantly, the Registrar of International Business Companies has no legal authority to regulate forex activities.Therefore, ICM Brokers is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. We recommend you to stay away from ICM Brokers and any other unregulated brokerages, since they are not subject to necessary laws and principles of operation, resulting in a high risk to trade with them.

However, we did not find any match results to ICMBrokers in the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA). Besides, SVG FSA does neither issue any licenses for forex trading nor regulate any forex activities. Therefore, we highly recommend exercising caution when dealing with brokers claiming to be registered with or regulated by SVG FSA as they are actually unregulated.The truth is, ICMBrokers is not overseen by any regulators. That means investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like ICMBrokers and trade with licensed brokers.

They arbitrarily closed my opened positions at their favorable price. Then they simply blocked the entry. I cannot log in, only get an error. and they told me such a user does not exist. How come????

One star. I have different variations of problem with the platform..varying from withdrqw to slippage problem etc. and I didnt realized that icm brokers is a scam until I got help with a tech company.
