Although we did find corresponding records on the official website of the Government of Canada, it is critical to note that all firms and their registered representatives that are in the business of advising on or trading in securities in Canada must be members of Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Cananda (IIROC) and follow IIROC rules for business conduct, financial operations and trading practices. However, our search for this company in the IIROC register didn't yield any results. As such, Jukebox Capital's provision of investment services is unsupervised. In addition, the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) has issued a warning against Jukebox Capital Inc., stating that this broker is not registered to trade in, or advise on, securities or derivatives in BC.
