Upon investigation, there is no matching information was found in Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA Seychelles), Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA), Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB). 

    Futhermore, we found that LMAX International had stolen tickmill information in the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA).

    In addition, the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Seychelles FSA) issued a warning against LMAX International, saying it is not related to any entity licensed or regulated by the FSA in any capacity.

    In summary,LMAX International is not regulated by any governing body, making it a high-risk entity for investors. Without legal protections in place, funds entrusted to it are not safeguarded. Therefore, LMAX International appears to be a potential scam.

ANSWER We strongly advise against engaging with LMAX International, as it seems to be involved in identity theft.The regulatory information displayed on their platform is, in fact, linked to a group of legitimate companies. There is no evidence to suggest any association between LMAX International and these entities. This firm is misusing the licensing data of others to mislead investors into thinking it is a legitimate entity. Furthermore, the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (FSA Seychelles) has issued a warning about LMAX International, stating that it does not hold a license from them.Given these circumstances, LMAX International appears to be a fraudulent operation. Engaging with this unauthorized platform could result in financial losses. We highly recommend avoiding LMAX International and instead opting for brokers who are fully regulated.
