According to its website, it claims regulated by Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Seychelles FSA) and Money Services Business (MSB). Upon investigation, no matching information was found in the Seychelles FSA. And as we all know, MSB does not have the right to regulate foreign exchange.
The truth is that MC Markets is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors'money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
