LTD. authorized by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC), offering wide range of financial services, including Indices, Crypto Currencies, Forex, Energies, Stocks and more instruments in global markets.

    Upon investigation, we found that Mensa Finance is not regulated by the NFA and ASIC.

    The truth is that Mensa Finance is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.

ANSWER Mensa Finance is an unlicensed broker.The broker falsely claims to be registered with the National Futures Association (NFA). The NFA ID it purports to have doesn't exist.It is solely registered in Australia as a private company. The entity is not licensed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to carry out regulated financial activities.So we strongly suggest investors avoid using Mensa Finance. It is prudent to opt for fully regulated brokers instead.
