    NasdoxFX claims to be owned and operated by NASDR Stock Market LLC,  is a broker regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), License No. 38910, offering wide range of financial services, including Forex, Crypto, Indexes, Stocks, Commodities and more instruments in global markets.

    Upon investigation, we found that NASDR Stock Market LLC is not regulated by the CySEC.

    And the CNMV added NASDOXFX (https://nasdoxfx.com) to its warning list for providing investment services without authorization.

    The truth is that NasdoxFX is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.

ANSWER We regret to inform you that NasdoxFX is an unregulated broker. It is true that NasdoxFX's website is inaccessible now, and the fact that the website was created at the beginning of this year suggests that the scammers have most likely absconded with clients' funds. Frequent creation of websites with new identities is a common tactic used by scammers.Our previous records show that NasdoxFX provided a CySEC license number on its website, but we verified that it was not authorized as a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF). Therefore, it completely falsified regulatory information. Please also note that just in the middle of this month, the Spanish regulator CNMV issued a warning against NasdoxFX for illegally providing investment services without authorization.It is highly recommended that you contact your local police or regulatory authorities to help you recover your funds.
