ANSWER NetX is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true. NetX claims its financial services provided by NetX Group Limited, a company regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with reference number: 916215. We do find a match result to NetX in FCA. But as per the details shown on the FCA, NetX is not authorized to provide forex services in the United Kingdom. The truth is, NetX is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like NetX and trade with licensed brokers.
