    Octafx trade claims to be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a broker-dealer and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CTFC) as a futures commission merchant and is a member of FINRA, the National Futures Association (NFA). It is also shown on the website that it is regulated in the UK.

    But first, we did not find any match results to this broker in the US SEC, CTFC, NFA, and RINRA. Besides, when we searched the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we only found a warning against this broker issued by FCA. FCA warned that Octafx trade may be providing financial services or products in the UK without authorization.

    The truth is, Octafx trade is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
