  • 2022-04-12 BrokersView has reviewed that OmegaPro is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    OmegaPro shows its office address is in the United Kingdom. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator - FCA. However, we did not find any match results to OmegaPro in FCA. That means OmegaPro is not an approved broker to offer financial services in the UK.

    What's more, the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) issued a warning that this firm has not been authorized to provide forex investments and services. So OmegaPro is not regulated by any regulators. That means investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

I wonder how a company starts business with their address in UAE with no license from regulator. The UAE government should take legitimate action as to enable depositors/investors at least get their principle amount.

I have invested in OmegaPro on Feb 2022 with a saving package of 16 months and interest rate of more than double of the principle amount. The maturity period should have completed on June 2023, however I can not get my funds back as of today (Sep 20, 2023). This is not my case/problem only, hundreds of others (investors/depositors) from our country Afghanistan (world members maybe in millions) are facing the same problem. OmegaPro now seems as scam/fraud to me and others as well, thus, we have to take action for our right. Please give us advice on how to file lawsuit collectively by hundred (even millions) individuals as mentioned earlier.

I'm so disappointed, really. I gave them a chance so I could invest a lot of money there and trade with them and they just let me down. I invested $1000 there in the first month to see how the company works, I really enjoyed the platform until suddenly all my money was deleted in an hour, without warning, without a margin call, without anything and they claim that they don't have such a thing on the platform at all which is unusual!
