  • 2023-09-07 BrokersView has reviewed that QUADMARKS is an unregulated broker

QUADMARKS claims to be regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the National Futures Association (NFA). However, there are no indications that it is registered as a member of the NFA. Therefore, it is not authorized by either of the abovementioned regulators to provide investment services.

While QUADMARKS is allegedly domiciled in the UK, it falls outside the regulatory framework, as evidenced by the warning issued from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). According to the UK financial watchdog, it is an unauthorized firm illegally providing financial services or products in this country.

In essence, QUADMARKS is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.

    QUADMARKS is unequivocally a scam.
