  • 2022-08-29 BrokersView has Reviewed that Spartan Trade is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    Spartan Trade, operated by Lilt Group LLC, claims to be registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines with registration number 1993 LLC 2022. So we searched Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) and found a matching result. However, please be informed that SVG FSA does not regulate forex broker or issue forex licenses. So having registration does not mean being authorized to provide financial services. 

    Moreover, the Spain Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) issued a warning that Spartan Trade is not authorised to provide the investment services in Spain. 

    The truth is that Spartan Trade is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
