Broker violations and abnormal records
  • 2023-04-23 BrokersView has reviewed that SSJTCF is an unregulated broker

SSJTCF claims to be a strictly regulated broker headquartered in London. It purports to be regulated by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) with the MSB registration number 31000234126807. Although we did find it in the FinCEN register, investors need to bear in mind that FinCEN's mission is to safeguard the financial system from illicit use, combat money laundering and its related crimes including terrorism, and promote national security through the strategic use of financial authorities and the collection, analysis, and dissemination of financial intelligence. Instead, the authority to issue forex licenses and regulate entities engaging in such activities in the US rests with the National Futures Association (NFA). However, records from NFA suggest that SSJTCF is not an NFA-member and thus not subject to its oversight. In addition, based on its location, we searched for this broker in the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) registry but didn't find any matching results. As such, SSJTCF is basically not under any effective regulation.

In essence, SSJTCF is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.

This Platform is completely scam and fraud. They have agents that reach out to people anonymously ruining their life peace. Even after saying NO they continuously MSG you and try to solicit you to invest with them only to know that you got scammed by them.On 4th January I suddenly got a message from an unknown number +12095654347. He mentioned his name as Lucas Liu.I told him that I don’t know you and that this is a wrong number but he was still persistent and kept on messaging me. Lucas then asked me to join on whatsapp to continue talking.Lucas watsapped on 4th January from the number +14244627276First Lucas Liu solicited me to trade on the platform below called leading alliance and told me to create an account there. He asked me to download the app metatrader 5. Then Lucas instructed me to search for a leading alliance group in the app metatrader 5 to start with the trading.I have made several deposits as and when Lucas ordered me to do so from my own account. The first deposit on metatrader 5 was on 1st Feb 2023 through binance. Then Lucas asked me to take out more from my account and deposit more to metatrader 5 app into the leading Alliance broker, I deposited a sum through binance. Later I deposited more from my account through binance.Afterwards, he ordered me to withdraw all the money from the metatrader 5 to transfer the money to another platform called FX6. He asked me to withdraw all the investment from the metatrader 5 app to transfer the same amount to the fx6 app.He again asked me to deposit more money to the fx6 platform which is an app for SSJTCF trading platform. I deposited again through Binance as he was continuously telling me to do so and instructed how to deposit money in fx6. (screenshot below). He again solicited me to deposit more money to the fx6. I deposited more, this was done via wire transfer.Intotal I deposited $40,000 only to lose it from this platform!!I applied for withdrawal and they said that I will receive my funds in my account by next monday and if you did not receive it you can reach out to us again. As usual I haven;;'t received my invested funds on Monday and reached out to them and they totally changed their statement by saying that your account is freezed and to unfreeze your account you will have to pay $16142.4 so that you can carry your withdrawal and that if you haven't paid by 15th June then your account will be freezed permanently and you will not be able get your invested money into your account. Now, when I am logging in back to my account, it is not allowing me to login to my account also, even after changing the passwordI have invested my all money into it and they have cheated me big time and not returning my money back. SSJTCF have emotionally me and my family a lot. I have already reported to police and I am going to put case not only for financial fraud but also for emotional harassment and mental pain and suffering it has given me
