  • 2023-06-06 BrokersView has reviewed that SupremeMarkets is an unregulated broker

SupremeMarkets claims to be operated by International Market Connect LLC., a company registered with the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA). While it is true that corresponding records exist in the SVG FSA registry, investors must bear in mind that the SVG FSA has explicitly stated that it doesn't issue forex licenses nor does it regulate entities engaging in such activities. Consequently, SupremeMarkets remains unsupervised by the relevant regulatory body. Furthermore, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has added SupremeMarkets to its warning list for providing investment services without authorization.

In essence, SupremeMarkets is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
