It asked for verification fees, personal tax and even margin before withdrawing, which was so annoying. Was anyone incharge of it?

The deposit can not be successfully withdrawn. The first time it request for large channel fees, and the second time for third-party channel fees. Then the payment is successful. The customer service said the transaction would be done within 24 hours. After 24 hours, the payment did not arrive, and the customer service ignored me.

The trading conditions and spreads are acceptable as well as the commission added to the ECN account, there are also plenty of deposit and withdrawal methods with no added fees. I think this is a good broker.

I heard that they are trusted FCA regulated broker. So I open micro account with them. Right after approval then I made deposit and start trading. I decided to scalp Dax under their platform. All orders were execution using market execution and no sign of erratic tick data. I did make some profit and loss like normal trading. But one day I decided to withdraw some of the profit. Unfortunately Terafx compliance dept response to me and said it was manifest error and intent to reverse profit. Until now my deposit money also not being refunded after several requests. The fund keep returning to MT4 account. I am sure they want me to trade again and make losses so that they can legally steal my money.
